Why Every Workflow Needs a Flight Recorder

Automation should never become a dark tunnel between an input and an unexplained result.

When data moves through a workflow, the operator should be able to see what entered, which decisions were made, what left the system and whether a side effect was safely confirmed.

That is why the planned Execution Trace is not decoration. It is the flight recorder for every workflow run, including retries, approvals, held work and provider failures.

Clear evidence turns automation from a gamble into an instrument an operator can trust.
